On some occasions, civil-commercial cases can be submitted, upon indication of the parties, not only to sports courts but also to ordinary courts (e.g. two parties, in Italy, enter into a sponsorship contract and decide that if something does not work out, the dispute will have to be decided by the ordinary court of Milan).
For the resolution of disputes in ordinary courts, we can work directly before the courts in Switzerland, Italy, France and Spain, because the lawyers in our team are authorised to do so.
In the case of disputes before ordinary courts in other countries, we take care of the preparation of the case and the definition of the strategy for our clients and then work with a network of trusted lawyers operating in the different national jurisdictions.
We also act as experts to advise foreign lawyers in the application of Italian, Swiss, French and Spanish law.
