Raphaël Bourré

Attorney-at-Law admitted as UE-AELS established lawyer in Switzerland and registered at the Bar of Paris, France. Before joining Elite Law he gained experience in both sports and labour law. He works in English and French and has a basic knowledge of Italian and German.

Passionate about football, rugby, cycling, ice hockey, history and international politics.

    Elite Law associate Av. Raphaël Bourré lectured at the Master 2 ‘Professions Juridiques du Sport’ of the University of Bourgogne, France. The topics covered by his lesson included arbitration in sport, buy-out clauses, termination of employment contracts and representation agreements, all with practical cases to be solved by the students.

    Elite Law through Raphaël Bourré attended the 5th edition of the Assises du Droit du Sport organised by the legal journal droitdusport.com in Lyon, during which many topics were discussed such as players’ and coaches’ employment contracts in France, image rights and the new FIFA regulation on agents.
